If you wish to continue investing with HEYBIT, please proceed with member registration, bot creation and deposit at the new legal entity site, https://heybit.com, from 2021.09.15.

Q. What are the changes?

A. Only the change in the legal entity of the service provider. The new service channel(https://heybit.com) offers the same features as the current one (https://heybit.io).

Q. Will there be any issue with withdrawal of my asset?

A. No. Your asset is safely managed and you can withdraw regardless of the closing of the current service channel. However, it will not be subject to trading after 2021.09.25 (KST) so please make sure you transfer the asset to the new service channel.

Q. Will my account data in the current service channel be deleted?

A. No. You can still access the current service. If you wish to delete them, please unregister.
